Rodgers is one of the few managers I’ve seen who moves top drawer players into positions they’re not suited for just to fit his formation, mcgregor should never play left back in a big game, still managed to be our biggest attacking threat which says it all.

We all said we slammed them the last game.
You can double that phrase this time in their favour.
Rodgers must take the can for that but who am I to criticise..I was happy enough with the starting line up.

He got it badly wrong against Hibs and worse here.

The spine of that team was snapped today.

I hope he is taken aside after today’s abysmal performance and told this kind of performance will not be tolerated ever again before heads roll .

Yes he has won everything domestically but he doesn’t half baffle me with some of his team selections/playing players out of position at times.

....do you really believe the bit I highlighted ?......we're all hurting but I find that bit hard to believe if you've been watching since he came in as manager.......lacking in heart or passion for today was down to the individual players surely.

admit i was baffled by a few choices BR made ,but * me you should still be able to string a few passes together. it was an overall headscratching poor performance teamwise. we didnt even threaten them out wide , forrest barely got a touch. the way i look at it, they did what they had to do at home and lets see how we respond

You’ve just made that up, Gerrard was constantly playing as a deep lying midfielder nearly a CB, as compared to his box to box role.

Definitely carries a lot of blame for team selection, namely changing up our best midfield combo to fit calmac at lb but serious questions should be raised about the desire and fight shown by almost every player. That rangers team is bang average, with big lumps of wood like goldson, whorral, jack, mcrorie, Halliday. Yet they were far more up for it and wanted it more. Worst I’ve seen us play in a long time. Would be nice to see Rodgers actually come out and say we were poor and that he expects more than the usual “ not bad, unlucky”. We were not unlucky, if anything, I felt it could have been more. Also, for me he has to give Bain a run.

Constant chopping and changing is really annoying, injuries dont help and an absolute riddy of a transfer window.
This is the first real challenge, time to earn that money brendy.

For all the money we've banked over the last few years, we'll still be bringing in young loan signings & that is no different to how the huns are operating with no * money. The board will sell the fans short again, i have no doubt about that.

Just shows how bad we have become. We are neck and neck with a very poor Sevco team made up of cheap buys and loans. They are being managed by a rookie manager. Killie & Aberdeen not far behind as well. This just shows how poor the manager has recruited in recent times.
