That was absolutely horrendous from start to finish.

Playing McGregor at left back after Hayes had a stormer against Aberdeen was an absolute joke.

Ntcham and Brown should never play together again although most of us already knew that. When they were both out injured we played our best attacking football and there was none of this sloppy backwards and side to side *.

Twice we looked threatening and that was when McGregor was allowed to get forward.

 

Terrible stuff there.

Lustig selling another goal, as soon as anycunt with pace runs at him he's done, weak as *. Ntcham absolutley sleeping the whole game, he again cost us that goal by not backing up Lustig. Brown had a shocker, was overrun although partly with Ntcham being nowhere.

Johnston hardly recieved a pass, Forrest only got on the ball 3 or 4 times. Sinclair never got going at all.

McGregor and Christie done well, Gordon a few big saved. Centre-backs defended fairly well apart from the odd mix up.

In hindsight we should have had Ralston and Hayes at full-back, McGregor in midfield, Ntcham benched and Edouard up front.

 

I know he wasn't great midweek but I thought Izzy was injured

 

How could we possibly make this happen? Unbelievable!

January is here thankfully! Need about 5 players!

 

Watched the entire game and here are my assessments.

1. Nothing new here - the ABSOLUTE PASSENGER Lustig needs moved on quick snap
2. We were outfought - outmuscled - and outplayed for most of the game because we had to put out a makeshift defense again with our most inventive playmaker playing at LWB
3. I’m not worried - we’re top with a game in hand with kinder fixtures post a winter break than the hun
4. We NEED TO SPEND MONEY on a RIGHT BACK, a CENTRE BACK and TWO STRIKERS in * January.

Retain perspective - they’ve got nothing to shout about.

8iar is at risk if we dont bring in some quality permanent signings. 2 strikers a must.and no * loans please.still top game in hand with injuries and no tom rogic.law of averages meant they would win one but lack of fight and ageing players are our own problems that must be sorted.let this hurt sink in and if this board dont * use up that CL EC kitty then the fans will never ever forgive them.utterly *.HH.

We will win the league but surely he has learned a serious lesson with playing Brown and Ntcham. * poor. Playing our best midfielder left back as well. What the * was he thinking.

 

The how many times is that Lustig has went off with a supposed injury when has been taken to the cleaners by the winger hes marking.

Guy was done 2 seasons ago.

 

Biggest worry going forward is Rodgers changes nothing after this result. Plenty of warning signs so far this season, and he’s persisted with dodgy formations and player choices. Cant do that after this.

 

It's never nice to lose and especially to a club who have only beaten us once before (on penalties). What worries me more is a) we were rotten - like the first few games of the season and b) we have now lost 4 games already this season.
We cannot keep this form up and expect to win the league losing 7 or 8 games at the end of it. It will be too tight.

 

Exactly, they wanted it far more it happens.

 

There no room for Nostalgia, if he continues to put teams out like that and cost us not for the first time this season then double treble winning or not he can also get to *, keep making excuses for him.

The MAJORITY of those players were lost, passionless, scared imposters this afternoon.

If getting beat aff that mob wasn't bad enough, the most shameful performance I can remember in recent years makes it even harder to take.

It wasn't even laughable it was genuinely a major cause for concern with such a huge 2nd half of the season.

If he didn't want to play Izzy he should have gone 3 5 2 so Forrest and Sinclair weren't pinned inside. Not letting Forrest bomb at that clown Halliday was a ridiculous decision. McGregor Christie and Ntcham in the middle should demolish them with wee Johnston playing off Eddie.

Rodgers needs to stop pulling this * in important games.
