    He's still capable of playing at the top of his own game but I think we're seeing the standard steadily climb. Guys like Aspinall, Humphries and Dobey have hit the scene this year. Who's it going to be next year? Wade doesn't have a 98-100 average game in him really bar the very odd one.

    Could be reading into it a bit too much but I get the feeling he's not making any big finals any time soon.

    Had a total outlay of about €200 on outright bets. Have Humphries playing for €3.5k, Dolan playing for €3.5k, Aspinall playing for €12k and Smith playing for €600. One of them's a guaranteed finalist.. come on Nathan!

    Hunphries has been extremely impressive this tournament!

    I hadn’t really heard of him much before the start of the worlds either. He’s been fortunate with how the draw has played out, of course, but he’s beaten some good players and his scoring has been very good.

    Don't think he's been fortunate to be fair. Bunting, Van Den Bergh, Rob Cross is far from an easy run to the last 8 vs Smith!
