    tbf at least he didn't go hiding like the rest of them did, apart from that I can't find anymore positives. He should be playing for the likes of Hibs and so should the other past-it full back but I still think they are both decent options to have as back-up in the league. Meling is a great shout but I'm sure he will be getting big money offers at other clubs combined with him being promised a guaranteed starter, something we couldn't offer him.

    He was level with the player who scored the goal in hibs half to the build up and the hibs player just sprinted away from him and izzy looked just trotting back casually .

    Izzy was expected to do what IT does only he doesn't have the legs to go charging up and down the park he should have been sitting back in a four man defence with Ajer on the other side out defence was lacking pace in the full back areas

    He has great composure on the ball, always calm and turns and fools people no bother. We do miss the powerful running of Tierney though getting up to the opposition box 20/25 times a game. Izzy doesnt have the engine now to even get up there 10 times a game.

    Wish he'd teach the rest of our squad (other than Griffiths, who's the only other good one) how to hit a dead ball TBH. Was refreshing to see corners and free kicks actually hitting dangerous areas with regularity. It's something else Salzburg did miles better than us last week.
    Starting to catch up a bit in fitness too. I'm happy with him playing domestically, letting KT rest a little to be fresh for Valencia
