Looking forward to having him back in the team. So comfortable on the ball and will be of use to us in Europe.

Off the top of my head he was our best player against Inter at the San Siro, excellent against Man City at home, and even at centre back at home against Bayern.

Ha! I see what you done there, you replaced the B in his name, so it makes him sound like a male masturbation term.

    So witty. Top bants.

Politics aside, harshly treated IMO for his football.

Won't be against having him around the squad again.

One of my favourite players, hope he can get back to his best and provide some serious competition in midfield. Could do with a player like him sitting in there for certain games. Also a great lad and a good character, would love to have a pint with him.

A legend in the making, as per my sig.

In all seriousness it'll be great to have him back. Composed on the ball and an extra option for midfield and centre half.

Think some have short memories in here. Bitton has his work cut out to get on our bench these days

Just to add to that. Watching Scotland vs Israel I thought to myself I miss kayal at Celtic, always liked him but then, he wouldn't get in our midfield more. And I have kayal pegged higher than bitton

Your memory is evidently quite a bit shorter still. Ralston, Hayes and Hendry have become mainstays on our bench. Our squad doesn't exactly ooze quality outwith the first 11 and Bitton, as recently as 2 or 3 years ago, was our most composed player in Europe. He has something to offer.

I honestly love big Nir. He’s a very likeable guy and one of the most popular guys in the team. Happy that he’s back!

Your comparing players that don't naturally play in bittons position. In the cm role we can play brown, McGregor, ntcham and porbably Christie. Even if 2 of those 4 get a game you would have the other 2 ahead of bitton surely?

So yeah, he would struggle to make the bench now.
