Started to add yohimbime hcl into my ever growing collection of supplements.

Got to say I was a bit skeptical reading how it targets certain receptors that are mainly found in stubborn areas of fat ie lower abs back, love handles etc and also because it’s legal :giggle1:

But I’ve got to say I have been noticing a difference since starting it in those areas.

You have to take it fasted though then do cardio and remain fasted for another 2-3 hours for it to work as any insulin response from consuming food nullifies it.

Been a ok appetite suppressant also and haven’t been getting the jitters that a few people report

First time back since over a year. Decided I can't sit about waiting on improvements without putting effort in...

    Reading this with interest.

Don't need to lose weight but I've really let my fitness slide these past few months. Tried to go a run yesterday and almost died after 10 minutes.

Really want to get back to regular exercise and a decent diet. Since moving into my own place I can't be arsed cooking dinner unless I have friends or family round. Usually end up just having beans on toast or porridge/weetabix. During the day can be hit or miss depending on how busy my workload is. Usually have fruit and maybe a Skyr for breakfast. Lunch (if I'm lucky) can vary wildly from homemade lentil to a bag of crisps.

Gonna make a meal plan tonight for the next 3 days, do a food shop tomorrow and get a routine back. Been quite low recently so I'm hoping getting my diet and fitness back on track will give me a boost.

You should pick one night a week, where you make some healthy meals in advance, stick them in the freezer and take them out when you need them.

Just back into it myself. Sore as * but it will be worth it to get myself back to where I was a few months ago.

Great shout. I used to do this and felt in control of my diet, so I'll start doing this tomorrow night.

Genuinely a guy with a walking stick overtook me when I was coming into work this morning. Grim.

You're just like a radio that's antenna has been moved. Keep at it and you'll be finely tuned in no time.

Diet has went a bit off the rails again, always do this when I get to the final hurdle.

    * off with myself because I’ve been putting the work in seeing great progress but take 3 steps forward and then 2 back.

Hit the gym twice today, went at 6am was cunted didn’t feel like it all had no energy or pump what so ever, 2nd time round after a sleep and some food was a lot better.

Also my rotator cuff injury is back with avengence recently, it had not been bothering me for a little while but I think I went too heavy on some incline DB press and it’s been agony.

Been in the gym every day this week and going again today. My legs are feeling it so been doing plenty of stretches. My calves, in particular, feel really tight. I'm determined to keep this consistency going, I always feel so much better when I exercise regularly.

Slowly getting myself into a gym routine. Going straight from work because if I go home first I inevitably * about then can't face it.

Any recommendations for any stretching routines? My calves in particular.

Diet is still hit or miss. Put my calories into MFP and I'm barely scraping 1000 most days :56:

Been trying to lose a little bit to get into good shape for Christmas. Targetting 1lb a week, pretty small steps. Might see if I can smash out a dry November and the diet might take care of itself.
