Aye surely it's their job to get rid of players like allan and bitton that have been here since Ronny deila.

Don't know how bad Allan's is but if bad it's dodgy going on mad one's and missing taking it at the right time's..

Yeah Scott Allan Has Type 1 Diabetes,as Danny McGrain has and also my 7 year old daughter,but he can drink,not loads but as long as its countered by the Novarapid Injection its fine.....Its just whatever you eat you need to counter it by injection.

You can get tired and weak if your bloods drop low into a hypo,but many people look after themselves well enough to lead a normal life just like the rest of us.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if he's been back since he's been with us..

Perhaps he should worry more about what we do with the ball when we actually have it in domestic games. We get plenty of possession domestically but for the last 18 months that possession is not being turned into goals bar the occasional match. If our opponents in our own league no longer worry about us having the ball and passing it around then i'm pretty sure european teams wont be worried by us having the ball until we start upping the pace going forward

 

Yeah it's a bizarre thing indeed I myself have type 2, had for ohh 25+ years, and i agree countering with the insulin is the way it has to be done I too use Novarapid as well as Lantus Solostar, the only difference i see with your comments is I am the opposite if my bloods are high then that is when i get sleepy and lethargic so i have to keep mine low all the time as it just goes high on it's own but i do get hypos when they go too low especially when i sleep at night then sometimes wake up shaking and sweating, or i do any kind of physical work, even cutting the grass. Not fun at all, I hate this disease, that's not even mentioning the other side effects it brings on including Neuropathy and weird jagging pains in places you never even knew you had. Some of the diabetes types are so similar to each other as well that sometimes it's hard to say if you have type 1 or 2 as they now seem to think that there may be as many as 5 - 6 different types. Fun, Fun, Fun ..Not !

 

Yeah it's a terrible thing had a cousin she struggled to cope with it always ending up in hospital long story short had a controlling boyfriend kept her in she went unconscious he panicked didn't phone ambulance at first by time they did get their too late ended up brain dead

Don't know if it had been mentioned or if I've been under a rock for the past while but he's been linked with the Villa job.

Though Thierry Henry is favourite it's still a credible link.

Went on waffling for ages about too many player's that can get club's or that. The amount of dross he's brought in himself that don't feature is laughable..

Wanted to bring the squad down when he came in as was far too bloated and now saying we have even more player's..

 

Tied himself up in knots there. The hypocrisy was absolutely laughable.

I remember him whinging about the size of the squad when he arrived, and how it was about reducing numbers and finding one or two quality players to lift the level of the group. A good point well made, but what happened?
Now we're still facing the same issues, and Brendan is a big part of that, as he's signed a lot of the players who would be deemed not good enough.

The quality of the squad arguably hasn't improved, and is still too bloated, almost two and a half years on?
