What a wild finish to the season in the NL. Makes for an exciting start to the post season for sure.

 

Yessssssssssss Brewers did it, normally I would have had to keep my yelling to a minimum since I live a few blocks from Wrigley but seeing as Brewer Fans turned it into Miller Park South Today

 

Quite the come back for Milwaukee to turn that division around and then come down and win the tiebreaker to actually win the division. Well done to them and icing on the cake was seeing the Cubs then get dumped out altogether by the Rockies last night.

 

I know, they have been on fire in September while the Cubs have kept falling, last night was a great pitching performance by both teams, but * did that game go late, my building does gameday parking for cubs games and I could hear people picking their cars up at almost 3am

 

Sox win 16-1 in the Bronx, Yankees biggest ever post season home loss. Brock Holt hits for the first ever post season cycle. Ye ragin? @BigWilly

 

Not really since the Yankees pitching has been so bad recently its not too surprising, and with all the money the red sox have spent to become the man city of baseball they really should be getting to the ALCS at the very least

Well the Brewers did have the best record in the NL, and they have the best Bullpen in baseball but I like most thought they would use this as another rebuilding year so this playoff run has been a very nice surprise

Brewers need to win tonight to push the NLCS to a G7, otherwise Dodgers will be the ones to get humped by the Sox in the WS.

 

I am actually hoping the Red Sox smash the Dodgers, just to wipe the smugness out of Machado and Puig, I am surprised someone like Dave Roberts lets them get away with half the crap they pull

Machado is an *, Deserved win by the Red Sox, the Owner an GM deserve the credit for getting the checkbook out and making the right moves

 

Also Kershaw really showed that the lack of rest caught up to him, just like it did to Hill the night before, also LA's bullpen had to work a lot of overtime in the playoffs and in the last few games they really showed it

 

Was a * of a season for the Sox. To go through the Yankees, Astros and Dodgers as well as easily as they did in the playoffs was really impressive.

 

It was very impressive might be the best season in the clubs history given their amazing regular season record as well. Certainly fully deserved champions of MLB this year no one even close to them really.

 

I live in Boston...and the duck boat parade was fantastic! 2004 was very special, probably the most special for me...but this Sox team was a juggernaut...awesome season.
