Same, I fly out on the 31st.

Not sure if I should just bite the bullet and change money now in case it gets worse.

In June there I took a load of English £50 notes to change over there as you do get a slightly better rate but after walking about sukhumvit road in the middle of the day sweating my baws off to find who had best rate I’m not sure it was worth it.

Oh and the notes have to be pristine, no marks, tears or even a bit grubby as they will refuse to take them. Think she handed me back near enough £400 in rejected notes.

When people are telling a story and relentlessly say “I said” and “he said”

Especially when they say it really quick and are actually saying “I says” “he says”

And as a consequence it sounds like “isez” “eesez”

Isez tae him, isez, Griffs no cut oot fur Europe, isez, he canna hud the baw up, eesez aye but he might score oota nuthin, isez that’s nae use, isez, wi need better, isez, wuv nae threat when he’s aff the boil, eesez aye s’pose, isez...... etc etc

Update on fukin banks, i phoned today to make my complaint about above. Any way i told them it was a 65 mile round trip for me to go there , they gave me £20 compensation . You shouldnt have closed all the branches i said to them , they wernt making a profit she said RBS made nearly £800 million profit in the first three months of this year.

RBS will be skint again £5 billion fine in the USA which they still have to pay or should i say we as the taxpayer have to pay it before they sell off their shares

Same, well I arrive on the 31st anyway. Staying on Koh san road so that should be fun :84:

Lol, surely going to any exchange place in BKK is better than getting bahts here though?

I done that a couple years ago at a bank Pattaya and didn't have a problem tbh.

To be fair I check them, if they are into anything I consider boring it’s unlikely I’ll give them an interview even if they have a good CV. Don’t want to be working with someone who your unlikey to have any craic with
