    Meal prep guys

If I was to cook chicken / rice on Sunday evening and tub it into the fridge, how many days can I get outta that? I was thinking Wednesday maybe? Would it stretch to do my lunch Friday or is that too long?

    I'd say 3 days.

Used to make batches on Sunday and Wednesday's, ended up sick of it tbh and stopped.

4 days at a push, I usually cook around 8/10 * at a time at that does me 3/4 days.

Not sure about the rice though, no way to just cook it as you go? I’ve got these wee uncle bens single serve microwave pots pretty handy

You should pick up a big bottle of Nando’s peri peri sauce from Asda or whatever, hardly any calories in it and makes a bland meal like chicken and rice a lot more enjoyable.

    I drown everything in it.

Put it in the freezer and it’ll last you all week. I used to do this all the time.

Just been for a late night sprints session followed by a half hour of squash. Doing well with eating less of the bad stuff too.

I got 4 in Home Bargains the other day.

Forget how much but decent enough. Not advertised as “meal prep” trays, that’s a gimmick imo, just normal food containers

Bannatynes have now started charging an extra £20 a month to use their body analysis machine :87: *. Not paying that to track my bf% etc.

Got 3 weeks til im off on holiday. Think I'm going to ease off on the weights a bit and focus on HIIT 4/5 times a week and throw in some core/ab work.

Been doing pretty well on the eating front. High protein, moderate fat and relatively low carb, except after training.

3 weeks of cardio is not going to be fun though.

Seeing as though my discipline is horrendous, popping this in here to give me the kick up the * I need to cut. I usually hover around 92kg. Lost the plot.

Been keeping at it recently, haven’t weighed myself but not expecting to have lost much.

Going to the gym again this evening to do weights and a sprint session.

Weighed myself for the first time in a few weeks yesterday and I have lost over 2 kilos, was fairly surprised by that because my diet hasn’t been the best, but have been training and playing football a fair bit.
