For this game, I am torn.

I would prefer we rest Brown, play Koassi. He's not shown he's up to much, but we need a fit, rested Brown for the next two games of the season - shaping up to be our most important.

Up front it's tricky though. I know Dembele is often injured, and Griffiths is back to fitness, but we need Dembers for the Sudova and Huns game. Same time, Dembers needs game time after his recent injury. I wouldn't know what to do.

I would also play a slightly weaker team if possible v Hamilton, and roll out the massive big guns for the Sudova return.

Not confident we will win this one. I'm not confident we can win any game with our defence.

THERE’S a collection pre-match this Sunday, August 26, and Celtic FC Foundation, Glasgow North East Foodbank and The Wayside Club would like to invite all supporters who are attending the match to bring a donation which will help address issues of poverty, hunger and homelessness in our society.

The legacy of Brother Walfrid is a football club fundamentally committed to his ideals of supporting those in need locally, nationally and far beyond national borders. These ideals continue to be supported on a daily basis through the work of the club’s official charitable arm, Celtic FC Foundation, and this Sunday, pre-match at home against Hamilton Accies.

From midday, there will be three drop-off stations: The Clover (main collection point on the Celtic Way) and the West and East entrance areas along Janefield Street*.

On consultation with our partner and this collections’ beneficiary, vital items required include:

    The Wayside Club:
    Men’s toilet bag
    Baby wipes
    Deodorant
    One x pair boxers/underpants (new)
    One x pair socks (new)
    Hand Sanitiser

    Women’s toilet bag
    Baby wipes
    Deodorant
    Sanitary items
    Dry shampoo
    Hand Sanitiser

    Glasgow North East Foodbank:
    UHT Milk
    Sugar
    Tinned Fruit
    Tinned Fish
    Tinned Tomatoes

    The Wayside Club
The Wayside Club was established in 1932 to meet the needs of the homeless and those suffering from hardship and addiction in Glasgow.Run by volunteers, including Tom Boyd Snr, the centre is open every evening during the year (as well as a Saturday afternoon) and volunteers listen, comfort, give advice - if required, to try to assist in progressing its service users to a more hopeful future.

The Wayside Club provides a warm, friendly and safe environment where people benefiting from the service have access to shower facilities, free soup, tea, coffee, juice and sandwiches as well as haircuts, clothing and the odd game of Bingo.

Talking about his involvement in this pre match collection, Tom Boyd Snr said; “The Wayside Club is a vital lifeline for those in our local community who need a hot meal, a warm space, or even just a friendly ear. Over the years, we have received incredible support from the Celtic Family – and contributions from this collection will make a real difference to those who need a little help with daily provisions. On behalf of our beneficiaries and The Wayside Club, thank you.”

    Glasgow North East Foodbank:
Celtic FC Foundation’s continuing partnership with Glasgow North East Foodbank, based at Calton Parkhead Parish Church, provides critical help to those in need and which sits here on our doorstep and beyond and encompasses the very ethos of why our club was formed.

The main ‘Hub’ based at Calton Parkhead Parish church not only supplies nutritionally-balanced emergency food parcels three days a week to those in crisis, but offers a much-needed cup of tea and a friendly face to talk to in times of turmoil and confusion.

Since our initial investment in 2013, Celtic FC Foundation have been a great supporter of the Foodbank and their vision to be 'more than a Foodbank'.

Glasgow North East Foodbank Project Manager, Tara Maguire said; “We are delighted that as a new season starts at Celtic Park, the generosity of the supporters is something we, along with other groups, can always depend on. As a Foodbank, we are dedicated to including other groups, doing similar work. This is just the beginning of an ongoing relationship between Glasgow North East Foodbank and The Wayside Club and we have been discussing other ways to help in the coming months. We’re hoping to have yet another amazing collection and look forward to meeting some of you on Sunday.”

Attacking KT you've got balls but you're right, we're a different side when he makes runs to the byline but sadly I think our defensive uncertainty makes him limit his attacking runs

We'll win this no probs, but we have to look good doing it.

Till we sign a centre half of drop Brown back to play alongside Ajar, breaks up play very well and doesn't shirk a tackle, cant keep playing poor player low in confidence. We have plenty midfielders to fill in for Brown

Hope your right, but with our defence at the moment I can't see it
