Sevco are favourites next week

They beat some low level Russians 1-0 at home tonight. You would think they had turned into * Barcelona reading some of the comments here.

 

They kept spending and we didn't.

Only one outcome. (I think we'll beat them next week, but not in the long run if Lawwell continues as our CEO).

We are poor ,suffering from a low from not qualifiying for cl ,we have a player cauzing problems and negativity, we are fukd right off wae the board and lack of signings ,we have to acknowledge they have started better this year, and will give us a game now ,we should not hide from that fact ,they are defending better ,its probably a great chance for them to get a result , but i believe in the manager and he will have the players well up for this ,many of their team have not played against us ,we need to get behind the team and manager .

Honestly, this reeks of desperation. Does nobody here remember the 90s?!

 

People have been saying this every year since Sevco were formed.

People measure their spending to ours and assume they're being reckless, whereas we're just a club with no ambition (under Lawwell). They have shown an SPL club with decent attendances can spend relatively big.

 

Only worrying thing would be set pieces, half or more of their goals have been from freekicks and corners. Another 3 or 4 of their goals have been penalties, they seem pretty pish from open play though but we are dreadful at set pieces so we could get *.

 

New posters would get banned for that ffs Minty.
But to say this is the closest one since their inception is more than fair

 

Perfect opportunity to kick start our season. Would be the sweetest victory over the Newco since it was established.

 

We’ve had the Deila feeling for a while, away back to last season. Boring fitbaw, devoid of ideas, looking tired etc. It’s just carried right on.
Every time they Hun * get a corner or any set piece, il be dreading it, we’re * gifting goals at the minute.

We have no stability at all, can’t defend for * and when any team sits back and defends, we can’t break them down. This game is gonna be way closer than it should be.

 

We wont 5-0 them given our current form unless we step it up and get edouard firing with dembele but think we will still win the game , were at home unbeaten in 12 against them they have improved a bit but wont be enough.

 

We'll play them off the park and beat them quite easily is the most probable outcome.

Point is, I don’t have a lot of confidence in the squad just now and there were a lot of games where we were sub-par last season. I know we’ve signed players but we need investment at the back.

I'm still very confident of beating them quite convincingly, based on the 3 times I've watched them this season (Aberdeen and maribor&osijek away) they are still *, we will control the game but they will not be playing a blanket defence like most teams against us do so our recent lack of creativity in such scenarios will not be an issue, if we can to some reasonable extent hold it together at the back I fancy tam, moussa, Forrest and eddy/griff to have a field day against them.
