Nobody knows what went on with Mcginn we're all guessing, what i will say though it was a long drawn out saga and that's wrong. A deal should be done an dusted in no time at all, it was pretty cringing and embarrassing for the club. The Mcginn thread on here is testament to that, went on for hundreds of pages and the deal fell through. * disaster!

He badly needs to sort the defence the whole team looks shot of confidence because they can't trust the guys at the back, we need good signings to rejuvenate the side otherwise we're in the *, if he can't identify a quality defender then it has to be taken out of his hands let someone else pick a couple.

 

Rodgers is worrying me. Great first season. Regressed last season. Shambles so far this season.

He can blame Lawwell all he wants (and Lawwell certainly deserves criticisim)...but his signings for the most part have been nowhere near good enough.

3 seasons into his reign and only 3 of his signings would make our strongest XI. That’s * ridiculous.

 

Say what you want about him being a *, but I am having enough of this * defending, disappointing performances against * teams, pandering to a sub standard traitor who doesn't want to be here while punishing average players. It feels like literally any team in the world could make things difficult for us despite we having two world cup players, half of the scottish national team and three promising guys from the u21 of the world champions.

 

Honestly looking more and more like the side Ronny Deila assembled. We are * terrible. If this is the end of our transfer window, we have just blew ten in a row. Embarrassing state of affairs.

 

We've only won two of our last six games and we've not played anyone decent.

 

It's getting worrying how poor the team have become. There were signs last season but considering we won everything i think people just let it go in hopes this season would be better. It's still early days and maybe in 8 months time we'll have had another perfect season, but for the first time in years i'm nervous for the sevco game, which is ridiculous.

 

It's undoubtedly true that the board have failed him in this transfer window but it's also true to say he is doing a poor job at the moment. His handling of the Boyata situation has been tragic. The team lacks penetration and conviction going forward, there's way too much sideways passing going on. The defence is an absolute shambles. There's too much * about with formations and personnel - just pick a * system and stick with it.

The time for him to be beyond criticism is over.

 

I don't even know what I want to happen at this stage but we need a big big change! This can't go on, we should be untouchable against teams like that with all due respect. SHould have no concerns domestically but right now iceberg no faith in us as a team

Got him in Edouard for the reported £9m (whatever the proper price is doesnae matter still backed him), aye ok never forked out for McGinn right away but we had a bid of £3.5m knocked back for Scott * McKenna - a bid that would have been the costliest transfer for a CB since Joos Valgaeren.

It's pretty clear to me Rodgers has an atrocious eye for a defender, and the time for him to be void of any criticism has well passed.
