But we've got a great pitch, lights and a state of the art sound system.

His time has been up long enough. We’ll still be having this conversation in years to come cause he won’t leave.

What do people want? Ok we spend money we qualify and get to groups but still recieve a fair few doings and no progression in those groups.first im not saying i dont want the club to spend money to try and progress to the groups but whats the actual point? Europa is our standard and earning ucl money "that is not being spent anyway" gets us nowhere

Under Martin O'neil we were an Club I would rank A
Strachan and Lennon had us at B-, Rogers has us around B but we're going backwards now.
Ronny's Team was about a C at best
Mowbray's was a disaster and i would rank us F

Under Peter Lawell we will never progress beyond B, will will always improve up to a B but once we're there it's to much to invest in our club to get us back into being an A, we always go backwards to C and D just to build back up to B and repeat.

this will never change under Peter Lawell.

wird analogy i know lol but it was the best way i could think to describe it

I live abroad. I could very well pay the Celtic TV package, would be really worthy and useful for me. I refuse and stream every game illegally because the sole difference would be contributing to the club with a few quid, but with this board I really don't feel like what is effectively donating money for the club to pay for hotels, lights and Lee Congerton.

Kind of * who if he dropped a pound coin he'd be that fast trying to pick it up it would hit him on the back of the head.

Of course that's where his concern is, bigger profits = bigger bonuses, dividends etc etc.

Club is no longer run as a sustainable sporting entity.

Typical response from one of the easy to please, eats up Peter Lawells tripe fans. "As long as our balance sheet" as if you all know how a balance sheet operates at PLC level, don't need chartered accountants. Football clubs value is in the brand, not how much net profit they make per year. And Celtics brand is getting smaller and smaller on an international scale. Most Irish fans now have switched to Man U or Liverpool, but yeah keep being content having no ambition outside a non competitive league

We were in a European final and had genuine superstars at the club two months before Peter Lawwell was appointed. Perhaps he has something to do with the lack of outside interest in Celtic?

People outside of Glasgow and Scotland would take an interest in Celtic of they performed well in Europe. Not necessarily winning anything but doing well. The SPL is well and truly on its * and it there are to be any leagues in the future where Celtic can go either EPL, or a North Atlantic league then the stronger they are in Europe the bigger a position of strength they come from

Brendan saying it's not rocket science that we needed to strengthen. A season in which the CL windfall was increasing by 50%, a 3rd consecutive qualification would have the club flying and set for the next 5 years at least.

And we gambled we could scrape through anyway. Really is confusing and unfathomable 'strategy' from the board.
