    Could they be interested? Aye.

    Are they interested? More than likely.

    Is it a ‘done deal’? Absolutely zero chance.

    Will he have more than Everton pursuing him? Yes.

    Is Peter Lawwell stupid? No.

    Will he want to leave Celtic for Everton? Can’t speak for him but he’d be either stupid, label himself a liar given the chat of the last 6 months, or has very bad advice around him. I don’t think any of those things are reality.

    Utter nonsense. If a team wants a player, they will bid for him regardless. Rodgers spoke the truth. We are a club with a business model. If a financial package comes in for a player that is too good to turn down, we accept it. Simple as that. I doubt that is £25m for KT. Blaming this on Rodgers is ridiculous.

    Does anyone know what he’s getting per week at the moment in comparison with the “rumoured” 140k he will be getting at Everton if we take these stories at face value.

    The only recent quotes I’ve read from the person in question does not suggest to me that he wants to leave or is having his head turned by vastly superior pay offers.

    With the World Cup going on there’s not much about for these papers to write about domestically and many of these bampot Celtic sites you see kicking about on the likes of Celtic News Now aren’t much better, I will need a bit more substance and from more credible sources before I start getting concerned about him leaving Celtic anytime soon.
