I agree it's suspicious they're still around, but consider the kills that have happened - Harry Potter, and the cop Hermione Granger. Both far more powerful than what they've claimed.

So Keano kills the oracle, claims to have tried to send a gift to the person who conveniently died that night.

claims to have killed odwc because he kept @ him but he replied to ODWC after the first few questions when everyone else was saying 'i'm town'

when everyone was posting 'I'm Town' keano posted but never said he was town then comes back and shoots odwc a few hours later.

I agree, the actions on the day ODWC was lie detecting are bad. As for the gifts, though, he tried to give to both Harry and Hermione, so the argument he's trying to use for you is the same you're trying to use for him.
