    OK. I've had a read back at the early exchanges

    My theory is that Slippy either genuinely knows hee haw about Harry Potter or knows more than he is letting on - either way I think he's taken a clever punt at something just vague enough to be included in the proceedings. The problem is that Vertie, as Dobby, had mention of being given a sock in his character description from Minty. If Slippy were indeed the sock then somehow HE would have to be given to Vertie or have some power to bestow Vertie instead.

    We then have his claim about being a "plain VT" before we were then told that he had to vote a certain way or be modkilled, but he could immediately rescind his vote. What the * would be the point to that?

    His story is full of more holes than a Swiss Cheese and I think he is talking nonsense.

    My vote will remain on him throughout unless something more concrete comes in, but in my opinion, Vertie's story and role claim is far more believable.

    we seem to be getting nowhere fast here . we could ramble on till 9 tomorrow night and it will just be a majority vote . I asked earlier today for a vote count to see who was on most votes ………. my spell is I can end the day phase any time I want and whoever is top is lynched . I didn't think that benefited town as we would then be in the killing fields night phase but the bit I didn't notice was I could pick it when im not top and not be lynched .
