Stadium Re-Development....A Good Idea? or Not?

Paradise taking shape with the new redevelopments.

 

Buzzing for next season already got offered a season ticket aswell so already champin ay the bit to get rockin n rollin haha

 

Is it just going to be flashing rave lights like Ajax, or are we getting something similar to the German mob everyone was comparing it to??

 

Looks like lighting for events. Not the same as Monchengladbach(however you spell it)

Should point them into the sky at night like a bat signal.

 

if it's really just some flashing lights at the start of night games in the champions league please don't bother. This is what I thought it was going to be

 

I'll hold back judgement till i see the finished plan but overall I'm leaning towards your point of view mate. Got ourselves worked up over something that was never going to happen - our own fault really haha

 

Fortress Parkhead is going to be * absolutely stunning next season.

I was in the hun end upper tier for Broony's testimonial, and the first thing I noticed was the sheething above the main stand was * boggin, so glad to see that, plus the gable panelling is being replaced.

The lighting should be quality and CL nights, and my * cannot wait to see this new pitch!

 

more flashing lights no lol?im sure well be able to set it up with green flashing lights.i thought that was the point.

 

looks pretty decent to me.

 

Gonna be looking good and at the same time, most of this is needing done..

New pitch especially is gonna be a breath of fresh air..

On a side note....don't know why Gerry's wearing a hard hat with that nut of his..

Looks fantastic, but don't think they will spend that much.

 

The light show, entertainment thing is what I assumed was the plan anyway. Just hopeful like others that it can be put to good use other than pre-match, such as to light up the stands in green as we see elsewhere.

 

The new LED floodlights will be a welcome addition anaw, not just because of the lighting effect, but the fact that if you look across the rood of CP, some of the floddlights have actually flopped over as if they've had too much to drink...

 

Perhaps a more accurate video of what to expect from the Ajax setup. Actually pre-match with the fans etc. Roof open as well to allow some natural light in.

Think the led floodlights will also play a part in it, along with the 6 light sets on each of the north and south stands.


Again, would be nice though if they'd be able to turn them inwards during the match and turned on green to give a great effect like we see in Germany.

Though a proper set of green led lights inside the roof and under the top tier would be excellent, maybe next summer.

 

think it was costing 4 million that's quite a lot for an upgrade.

 

Really cant be * with it if its not like gladbach. Waste of money

 

to me it just looked like green lights on the underside of the roof(gladbach).thats from pictures,i wasn't in gladbach so maybe someone can shed light on it.what was it they had?im sure the led system that ajax have the lights can be changed to any colour they want.being celtic id imagine ours will be turned to green.cant see it being blue and red.
