    i am selling my house , its been on the market a week some real fekwits looking at it.
    i am an accommmodating person but .......HOLY *......


    1) One older couple came with their son had a look around asked if the could bring their daughter as she is away at the moment (their kids are late20s early 30s) they appeared the following day ( sunday ) not scheduled so i let them look around again, ok .
    The following day i get a call from the estate agent they have made an offer...... £5k short of minimum , i said to estate agent why did you phone me, they told me they have to tell me about all offers even though this is nowhere near what i want.

    2) A neighbour who has a holiday home beside me comes into my back garden ( open plan ) he said i heard your selling your house, yes i say , he tells me his niece is looking to move here and she will be buying cash,i hope she has plenty i tell him.

    The niece turns up with her mother and father ,5 mins later they say , we have cash how much will you accept? i have hadd no bids yet i tell them, they try to be pushy , i am looking at a house in Edinburgh she says, then she is going out to Thialand for a few months,, probablly 4 months pregnant.

    I tell her her kid will have one of the cleanest places in the country to be brought up in, brand new primary and a choice of two high schools, no crime here, but * it hen go to Edinburgh then you can tell every one you live in the capital of Scotland, even tho.its a shithole and you will have to pay twice the amount what i am asking for the same property

    3) estate agent phones a couple are in the area and they would like to do a drive by " * sake you are sending people who want to shoot the place up ",,,, she never got the joke.
    I told her i would be around so they can see the place.

    A nice older couple, they have a look around they are happy i think. Then he asks do i have a tape measure . He is comming to see the house and he cant afford a 99p tape measure . I couldnt be arsed going ino the shed , getting one and holding the dumb end so he could take measurmets.

    IT IS ALL IN THE FUKIN HOME REPORT, ALL FUKIN SIZES THATS WHY I PAY FOR A HOME REPORT,,,,, also in Scotland by law i have to

    Daughter goes to pub with friends from her work, just show face for an hour or two she said to me, gets home after five a.m., so I’ve been tossing and turning all night till she got home even though she’s a 23yr old I still worry like * till she gets home from a night out

    I'm the same with my son, he's 27 and I still worry like mad when he is out, can never sleep. Normally awake when he eventually saunters in, pretend that I'm just up because my back was sore( which happens a lot anyway ) not sure he believes me.:56:
