    That’s crazy sounding tbh.

Guys should never really be eating less that 1800 a day.

    I’m 5’9 and lose weight on 2200 a day even with a * metabolism.

Do you not suffer from hunger all day? And going by this thread it seems you do train a lot as well.

Back into a routine now since finishing up Uni. 5 days a week, eating better and cutting the * like crisps etc, they are the killer for me.

Hoping to see some decent results within a month or so, would like to drop a stone while cutting my body fat % (that is really the big thing for me around the stomach, hips, chest). Not majorly, but could definitely tone up.

Any of you do home work outs (push ups, sit ups etc) after being at the gym or even before? Think I need to, help shift some stomach flab quicker along with the cardio I'm doing actually on the treadmill, bike etc.

Aye, that's pretty much all I do tbh. Try the squat/press up pyramid thing I'm always banging on about in this thread. Or else I do burpees, mountain climbers, high knees and jumping jacks with a timer app on my phone for a few rounds. Granted that's not ideal depending on your living situation with all the jumping about. There's loads of good ones on YouTube, that Joe Wicks body coach guy is good, has ones designed to be done without a lot of space/equipment/time.

I do 100 push-ups, usually at night before bed every day. Regardless of whether I've worked my arms or chest, still good to work your body with them. Usually do 4 sets of 25. I'd reccomend it on top of whatever workouts you're doing.

I've been doing them all wrong until recently. Want your hands about a foot, maybe a foot and a half apart. Works your core and arms much better and I find it much easier than the wide stances push up's I did when I was younger. 15 used to kill me, but in time endurance and strength naturally improves and you can get better - highly recommend it!

Feeling it from weights yesterday (good sign I guess) and don't have heavy weights at the Mrs' house anyway so just done 15mins or so abs with some bodyweight squats and lunges. Better than nothing I guess.
