Look at those embarrassingly *, faded tattoos. You're a professional footballer man you can afford to get them touched up.

No better feeling than pumping Celtic.
Shay must know that feeling really well given their record against us.

    Stop feeding the troll.

Shay logan is a bang average spl footballer who will never ever see a league winners medal in his barren and bitter little career.

    As another user pointed out...

    Theres levels

    He isnt on ours.

Let him drown in his own bile.

    End of

Might be to do with how * our home form has been, If this was under Ronny * would be going tonto imo. I know teams sit in but we have the talent to break them down but have looked very ordinary at home.

Green and white only appears halfway through a game we’re struggling in or after one we have been poor or lost in.
Sad * he is, can’t remember him posting before a game, he just hangs around like a bad smell waiting & waiting & waiting, then tries to pounce & wind “fellow Tim’s” up.
It’s been a Bad few years for him I think. :50:

Sheep fans on twitter have reached peak hysteria over their triumphant win.

Seriously reaching hun levels of delusion, how we’re “raging” and hate how they can “challenge” us now.

Sadly it was a very flat performance from Celtic today . But all will be forgiven and forgotten if we secure the treble come Saturday . By any means , please bring the cup back to Paradise .

Same here in Oz, only comment from the ABCs social justice warrior ( Sports section ) was how... rangers played out a thrilling 5-5 draw with Hibs.

The Sydney Morning Herald never mentions Celtic at all. No mention of our historic run last year. Only an occasional comment about Rogic.

The funny thing is Logan is acting the big shot and behaving as if he’s achieved something really meaningful today yet the truth is they’ve effectively won a ticket to play the usual one or two games in the Europa League qualifiers in somewhere like Montenegro or Estonia before certain elimination from one of those teams before the Irn Bru Cup has even kicked off in early July.

parochial scotland and its small mindedness

the people in charge will still be shouting about how good they are (when they are totally * btw) when they are not allowed to compete in european competitions (because they keep getting turfed out 1st round) or national competitions because the standards have been getting poorer and poorer and the leadership is non existent and can't see that they need to be proactive and change to modern continental style football but hey thats a whole other topic not for the celtic sub forum

Taking the goals aside our actual performances for the most part have been extremely underwhelming. I don't think anyone will disagree that aside from a half dozen stellar performances we have only ever 'done enough' in most games and only went through the motions in others. The statistics this season bare that out.

We are on the cusp of an historic double treble and that should not be underestimated but I do think there are signs of natural fatigue and complacency creeping in.

BR knows this and I'm sure he has plans in place to inject that energy and dynamism again. My concern is that he talks about long hard season on top of long hard season as the key factors in players form dipping, well I'm afraid that at a club like ours this will never change. Expect another long hard season again. Also if it is a factor then strangely he rarely rotated our squad to combat it. Is he telling us something? Do we have the quality of squad capable of doing this? Take Brown out and we often flounder but Brendan himself has said he prefers to run with a small squad.

Maybe he's beginning to realise that he needs to change his viewpoint on this as with all due respect even at Liverpool he wasn't expected to be fighting on four fronts deep in to the season.

Personally I think that if we are to continue on an upward curve some surgery will be required on the squad and more than some might think. You often here talk of Alex Ferguson or other top managers breaking up successful squads to prevent complacency setting in & I think we night need something similar here. Lustig, Gordon have been mainstays but I think are looking somewhat of a spent force. Others have never quite convinced, Boyata, Simunovic, Gamboa, Eboue, De Vries and those that look to be on the verge of leaving Bitton, Roberts, Musonda, Armstrong, Sviatchenko and possibly Rogic, Moussa & Eddy. That is 15 players who's futures are in the balance or will not be here next season. We have a core group of maybe half a dozen players who we can build around but alot of them are young players. Ajer, Tierney, McGregor, Ntcham, Griff, Forrest and then the evergreen Brown. Outside of that tho I think we need some major surgery in order to kick on again. Will we get it probably not but I would hate to see this team just wind down, reinforcements are needed, i can see complacency starting to creep in and in my opinion a lot should be moved on.

    valid points there matt

also think a lot of the good prospects even scottish ones are seeing us as a stepping stone nowadays

smiler armstrong for e.g. hes obvious but i bet all the young talent nowadays would have dreamt that they were playing down in the english top tier

and that is the brainwashing we have allowed to our generation of kids because of taking skys money for the spl coverage

because for years we needed to pay sky to watch celtic on tv we also got their epl and all the big money world class signings they made, that is gonna turn kids heads and it has now probably irreversibly so, this country doesn't know how to take the lead and fix things, it could be a social psychological handicap from being colonized and identity erased by the English and even still today we are dominated by them
haha sound like a scottish national party candidate

to the point though i am not sure its just complacency and fatigue that is setting in but players doing just enough because THEY have their eyes on a bigger prize
