Id like to try that keto diet, problem being, im a fussy *. I’m a terrible eater, there’s so much I don’t like.
It’s a pity cos I workout like * in the gym but my diet has always lacked.

    On that ? Mayo :fear:
I’m up for work at 4.30, so I need to be having my granola. The dreaded carbs.

    You don’t necessarily “need” them.

Once your body becomes adapted to using fat as fuel instead of carbs then you rarely experience hunger pangs as fat keeps you satisfied for longer.

It’s hard to make the shift at first.

I wake up 4:30/5am head to the gym for 6am for an hour then start work at 8am but I don’t eat anything till 12pm.

It’s hard at the start alright. Even if I have other cereal than granola, then I’m * starving by 8 :giggle1:
I couldn’t workout without scran, I’d probably faint. When I go for long runs outside though il do it on empty, and feel great after it.

Easiest way to do it is stagger them throughout the day.

If you do a random 10 press ups and a random 10 sit ups, then do that every hour for the next 10.....you'll still have done 100 of each without over exerting yourself, then tey and do more the next day until ye build yer fit ess up

Trying out this 5 day calorie cycle my mate from work gave me, whilst doing the training from part 3 of the bodycoach 90 day sss plan.

Training is basically split over 4 days a week between chest/shoulders/legs and core/arms. You pick your muscle group and perform 50 reps with a light weight, then increase the weight slightly and do 40 reps, increase again 30 reps, 20, 10 etc. 10 mins hiit cardio. Then the same muscle group however start with 10 reps at heavy weight, then decrease the weight and do 20 reps, 30,40,50 etc.

Done that tonight with shoulders plus about 30mins of ab workouts I found on instagram. Fair to say I’m absolutely burst and will most likely be in pain tomorrow lol.

Down to 175lbs as of this morning.

So 10lbs since 1st of March, couldn’t have been better tbh had I not went a bit off the rails a couple (multiple) of times.

Lower abdominal fat noticeably fading away, ill keep going to 170lb and see where I am then.

I've got Santorini in August, been going to the gym for 4 and a bit years. Sitting at 13 stone, looking in no bad shape but got a little bit of a belly. Doing Hiit on the treadmill twice a week and cutting down on eating crap at the weekend(my diet is pretty decent during the week)

See how one man got sober, lost 190 pounds, and turned his life around.

A lot of cardio the past three days, just because I hadn't done as much recently. Feeling great for it.

Bought a new shirt, fits perfect mostly but my chest is too big for it so slightly miffed.

    But on the other hand

Anyone else get issues with tingling fingers and a bit of numbness in the arms?

Sometimes get it after a workout. But it’s usually worse just randomly if I’ve been walking for a while on a rest day.

Thought it was maybe Thoracic Outlet Syndrome but I’m guessing definitely has something to do with my posture

Something I’ve been wanting to do for a while.

I’m as flexible as a brick, my job doesn’t help things.

In all seriousness I've not been to the gym in about 2 months since I started my last run in at uni etc, not had the time and been stress eating like *. Weighed myself the other day and I've not put anything on, somehow.

Feel heavier though, think I need to find out my body fat percentage before I head back. It's mostly all on my stomach...in fact pretty much solely is.
