    I guess Keano could have varied the roles a bit but the Decoy role doesn't really fit here..

    The write up would have to have read different I think.. unless someone else dies from that incident later or something..

    Could be, I have never heard of a decoy as a character. I don't think bulletproof applies here though - If that was the case then why would the write up mention a doc's place.

    I think he was getting at the idea that JC is Mafia, and Mafia engineered a scenario that they knew JC would survive to make him look like town.

    I don't believe that btw... Would be a waste of a day kill and wouldn't really prove anything as JC could still be SK or another faction

    In the show Will realises that Hopkins is in danger and thinks Hopkins is about to die. He tells his mum and they go and save Hopkins. So it's likely someone was told JC was targeted and given the option to save him or not.
