Who would you rather re-sign?

Seen this on twitter, if you had to pick one player to sign a long term deal who would you choose?

It would be paddy for me, I just think he's the one that could go to the next level and be a really top player.

 

Big Tam for me, the guy is class in every way...

 

I picked Paddy too but it's so close between him and Tam. I just think Paddy edges it because I think he has more progress in him. But it's a cigarette paper between them.

We should just sell Tam in the summer for a £1m or whatever we get for him cause it feels like he's running down his deal. I'm sure there are plenty money men whispering in his ear so I can understand it a bit but we should have a two year rule.

 

Tom Rogic is my favourite player right now. The guy on his day is the best player in the league.

But I agree that Paddy Roberts in 5 - 7 years time will probably be worth crazy money....he will go on to play at the very very top

Sad fact is.......we can only probably afford to re-sign Armstrong..........Well correction....we can afford to re-sign all of them if we wanted....but the board wont fork out that kinda cash

 

Hard to choose but took Tam. Paddy is better, but I think that kind of player is easier to find. There's not many like Tam.

 

Tam, oozes class and in high pressure situations he always delivers.

 

Paddy all day long, no been given his chance this loan period due to injury but could be a good thing when it comes to valuation in the summer window.

 

Tom rogic.

Harder to find someone with what he brings to the table imo.

Holds the ball up, can beat players, scores goals etc

 

Between PR & TR.

Voted Roberts but would be just as happy with either tbh. As long as Rogic isn't as injury prone.

 

Them all, and add to that , being serious that's what we need can never have too much quality and youth.

 

I agree mate, but we would surley get £3/4 million+ for Tam.

 

If Rogic leaves in the summer, I will be pretty * off. We're the ones who plucked him from obscurity in Australia then kept him at the club even although he didnt play for the best part of 2 seasons....and waited patiently for him to mature as a player. Now he's a class act and he better not be looking on us as a stepping stone. Cause no English team would have had that amount of patience, or given him the chance to play in the Champions League, or put up with his injuries all the time. We did. Dont * us about Tam. Sign the contract

 

I was thinking exactly the same thing....BUT with the players reversed.

Also, think Armstrong is massively under-rated.....he's got a lot more in there too!!

 

Big Tam, e always looks calm and brings people into te game more, he will make room for other players to pas to him

 

Rogic. Roberts a close 2nd

 

Big Tommy, wonderful player. Would be happy with Roberts as well of course.

 

Out of those four, Paddy by a mile. Think he's got the best potential and to have him tied up long term would be great business for the club and arguably the smartest move for the player.

 

Stuart Armstrong. The way he has played for the jersey this season has really endeared him to me.

 

Would have to say paddy just purely for his potential, also was a hard decision because losing stew and tam at the same time would be brutal
