This is what I was thinking too.

 

I was the informant in the Sopranos/Wire game and could give up one name to @obafgkmlt.

I’m not sure if the role had been used before that, but everyone is aware of it now, so the scum factions could end up turning in on themselves if @Minty does receive a name.

This is what I was thinking and didn’t want to expand on, because if it’s the case then whoever is in the scum chats may be more likely to snuff out the informant now.

 

Scum players have definitely jumped on the lynch, but we might get lucky with two scum factions in the game.

I’m not sold on @Valhalla being scum, in all honesty, but if he flips as Town, I reckon I can pick out two or three scum players from the votes cast.

 

Now it makes sense why everyone went quiet about Minty’s guarantee

 

We’re thinking the 2 late entrants got the pick for the discard list.

I honestly thought you had maybe made a boo-boo and were hinting at the fact that you somehow knew what Minty was elaborating at - only explanation that stood out was that you two were in a chat thread i.e. scum chat, and that you had slipped up.

Sometimes I really do read too much into these games and come up with all sorts of scenarios

 

You went from this to claiming a scum lynch, We will soon find out then.

I never pushed a lynch on you due to RVS at all , you have just told a barefaced lie. What js the number one rule as a townie ...

Anyway I have a feeling I won't be here tomorrow so town should think about @Scotia reasoning on the discards and also mine on the VT discards, scum are in those 2 groups.

Defo.. that’s what I was thinking when I said they may have been able to pick from the discards... If hosting you’d want to see it in play..

 

The more experienced players will be difficult to read, and if it ferments suspicion among them, this could be a very good game for Town. They might also go after the more inexperienced players who try too hard to dispel doubts. The knowledge that there might be an informant in the game only hurts Town if the informant is an inexperienced player (and even then, I was the last Mafia player left).

 

Except it had hewhaw to do with RVS

 

Just looking back, this is what obaf posted when Che was trying to clarify his role discard:

Now, I'm guessing that Heisenberg mob are mafia, and cartel are a different faction (saw discard of Heisenberg goon and cartel goon, suggests two factions?)

And if Che discarded a DEA informant that would have been in Cartel chat, I think (hopefully) it's fair to assume their might be a DEA informant in Heisenberg gang???

 

Up to you mate.. but if you have a role beneficial to the Town you may want to consider a role claim...? You are on the edge here..
