I want to see him returning to pre-season next season like Maloney in 2005 or McGeady in 2007 or Tierney last January, noticably bigger allround, faster, stronger, fitter. If he doesn't then we're may as well sending him back.

That's where Jack Nayler comes in..

No one's expecting a Bale but upper body strength is important for tiny guy's. Look at Sterling..

As said above, we literally have one of the best in the world to sort him in Jack Nayler.

Still think he would be a better option than Sinclair at the moment.

I hope not. Loan players should be ready to go into the team and make a difference.

If we've paid a substantial loan fee and wages for 5 months for a guy who's not ready to make an impact then that's poor management.

I must say I thought we would've seen a fair bit more of him, especially with Roberts and Rogic coming back from injury and Sinclair being out of form. Easy to say in hindsight but with Sunday's game locked at 0-0 and a man advantage surely that's when you'd expect to see him come on?

Has he had any game time since he had that fantastic assist when subbed on against Zenit?

Find it so * strange that he isn’t even getting off the bench in a game like tonight.

All that hype about him signing and we have barely seen him.

Rodgers takes his time with new players. This season anyway.

Bit frustrating not to have seen more of him. Fair
enough if players in his position are on form but that isn't the case.

Forgot about Morton, think that probably is it tbh. Unbelievable :31:

Fair enough easing him into things but for him barely getting on even as a sub is bizarre.

Brendan’s knickers were ringing when he signed too :giggle1:

This is what annoys me the most.

Fair enough if it was last season when we were on our unbeaten run etc and firing on all cylinders but we have been so inconsistent and crying out for creativity this season so many times.

From what we’ve seen of him so far he’s definitely not the type of player for against packed defences. He’s got no strength to hold onto the ball and create as was shown against Kilmarnock away, he just got bullied and his confidence was low.

I wouldn't know....we barely seen him play. Maybe he isn't fit enough to play, or otherwise I see him getting unhappy to be here very soon. Seen his face plastered all over the official Celtic site for weeks with his thumbs up as he was the next big thing. Can't proof himself on the bench.
