Mafia Godfather is the biggest discard. Curious as to what Obaf has run with

 

Agreed it is getting more difficult now, take it you only got offered the one town role aye ?

I don't like being mafia because it forces me to be on more

But also, Keano actually altered the role to be one-shot killproof. In my experience, killproof roles are useless because they're just killed again the next day almost universally, so I turned it down.

 

Godfather has been discarded tho, unless that's Mr. Burns..

I do agree with Che to an extent tho, Obaf's discard stands out the most. A beefed up Mafia Godfather is an excellent role.

It was also a curious response from Obaf, surely being one shot un-Killable is a bonus rather than a hindrance.

Can't think of many Town roles that are better than that discard. It lends me to think a lone role has been selected.

Surely another way to look at it may be he's knocked back a seriously beefed-up anti town role in order to support town?

 

Of all the discards I would of put Obaf as the best,

Last game I was offered 2 Mafia roles. Don't change the script.

 

Possibly rules out any more Alien roles! Keano made the Alien role an attractive one to discard.

On my early vote as you know every game is different. I'm Town this time, my role is small but allows a risk or two.

These are the ones that stand out the most so far for me, although not necessarily putting them under suspicion.

Marie could have essentially made herself killproof by taking the cowardly reporter

Obaf knocked back probably the best mafia role I've seen on offer as of yet, would be pretty hard to get a better scummier role IF offered another one also

Dazza's is a role I thought would have been right up his street

Che knocks back mafia role blocker - great role, but even better for us as it gives town pretty much free reign to investigate mafia without being blocked (unless aliens are lucky enough to successfully block investogator)

Vert knocking back same role as dazza, decent scum role also....

 

I will also note that the no-investigation component was not mentioned in my PM; I guess it was meant to be implicit in the godfather role and Keano forgot to include it.
