Honestly can't believe people are leaving Rogic out of their preferred XI. The guy must be about back up to speed now and in terms of defence splitting passes it really is only him, Ntcham and Roberts that have it in their locker. Without Rogic we are desperately lacking creativity.

I've a feeling sevco will try and make this game similar to the game at swinecastle. 100MPH tempo, battering into tackles and ultra-direct football to try and bully us into mistakes the way hearts did.

 

I honestly think we will just pin them back like most teams in the League and probably have 60% possession and mostly be on the attack with them sitting back.

Hearts had Lafferty who is bigger than any of our defenders, they have Morelos and Cummings so they canny really go long like that, and Hearts are really aggressive and defensive minded the huns aren't. Their wide players aren't the quickest Murphy and Candeias have no chance of getting away from Forrest or Tierney and in midfield they're pish, only really John McGinn gives our midfield any sort of trouble.

The huns are more like Aberdeen than Hearts or Hibs, Hearts and Hibs I think have both got 6 goals each off us this season which I think is more than half the goals we've conceded domestically, the Huns and Aberdeen I don't think really have the tools to do us damage - they're used to very basic play beating other teams but it doesn't really work against us and they are used to attacking teams mostly which they can't do against us as we've got the ball. They lack the pace out wide, the hold-up from a striker or the creativity from midfied against us.

I'd be surprised if they scored more than 1 goal against us.

Their form is built around a myth. Who have they actually beaten? Ayr, St Johnstone, Partick Thistle, Fraserburgh, Falkirk. All teams they should have beat. Their big test in the last 9 matches was Hibs & they lost. If we show up, we'll do them.

Agree with you about Rogic. Would be a nailed on starter for me on Sunday. Lets not forget is was Rogic who opening the scoring on our last visit there.

That’s wound me up no end. You’d think he was talking about * Man City when he’s talking about the huns. As a few have said, this media love in for these * is all the motivation we would need to go out and hammer them. 3-0 Celtic, back to our best.
