United play like a bunch of strangers, I know Jose’s teams weren’t renowned for playing great football (although I thought they did at times especially his Madrid team) but they were atleast a cohesive unit. This utd team basically rely on moments of good play or individual quality to win games and I don’t mean that as a compliment. And constantly playing young when shaw is on the bench just dumbfounds me.

They love to slag off every league in the world but honestly how many teams can really win that league. 3 at best, and its probably at the moment SPLesque with man u and Chelsea being Rangers and Aberdeen.

 

My boss ( A Burnley fan) was saying today he saw City dominating down here as much as we will in Scotland over the next five years.I'm not convinced they will be that dominant down here.

 

Man Utd almost playing with 3 holding mids in McTominay ,Matic and even Pogba the same too similar ,negative manager and tactically imo deserved to be getting beat.

 

Pep will leave in a year or two anyways, he only ever wants to stay for 3/4 years at a club. But yeah Chelsea could easily be rejuvenated under a new manager, same could even be said for United. I could see City win 2 or 3 titles in a row though.

 

Sanchez has been shocking for Man Utd, says a lot when Lingard looks a better player than him. I always classed him as abit of a reckless up and down player who lost the ball a lot but he's not even scoring or doing anything at Man U other than losing the ball for fun.

Better 2nd half from Man Utd he waited until they were 2-0 down then changed things though and brought on Rashford and Mata ..Entertaining game but Mourinho's negativity first will ultimately strangle that squad they have too many good attacking players aswell..Liverpool and Man City will horse them.
