    That combined with the shape.

This isn't a straight 4-3-3 or anything anymore.

Look how central Sinclair and Forrest come. It isn't working and is different to how we were set up last season.

There’s nowhere for them to turn when they are sitting that deep.

We're wearing them down, that was a good counter attack. Only a matter of time

Exactly. Just posted this earlier in the thread. Not starting games quick enough. Painfully slow tempo, taking too many touches. Passing backwards and sideways too often.
    Pressing *.

Same * every week. Honestly don’t understand how there doesn’t seem to be an improvement. Brendan has said previously about too many sideways and backwards passing yet we still see it the following week. He also said about our pressing needs to be better before the match but that’s just the same it has been all season…

Scott Sinclair has been completely neutered as a player. Teams know he's going to cut inside and try to get a shot in so they are now just taking that option away from him. When he can't do that it doesn't look like he can do much else.

A couple of years ago I'd have never thought that Forrest would go on to be one of our best players, by a distance, and one of our most committed.

Same old *, playing Morton at home and we play the same *, low risk football, no wonder other teams dont fear us anymore, they can just sit in and they know we will hardly pressure them ffs.

    Aye, I know.

We need to draw them out and exploit the space when we do.
