    i had to check this,

    When did the working class man get the vote?
    Working class householders in the cities received the vote in 1867. Those in the countryside did so in 1884. Finally, non-householders — people living with their parents, or in the homes of their employers (such as servants), or in barracks (soldiers, etc), or who were homeless — got the vote in 1918.

    So homeless people should get the vote now , even if they dont have an address ??

    Stop taking days off work for it. Send a letter to them, don't include your name, refer to yourself as the present occupier and notify them that you have no need for a TV licence and that you have withdrawn their 'Implied rights of access' to your property.

    If any of their BBC or outsourced (Capita) inspectors subsequently visit your property advise them that they are trespassing and will be reported to the police.

    Scots Law means that there can be no criminal conviction in relation to fines under £500. No-one in Scotland has been taken to court over non-payment of the licence fee in over 5 years (confirmed after the Daily Mail submitted a FOI request)

    Hmm a few good pieces of advice but one massive wrong one mate. Never get a 'no right of access, it's like a red flag to a bull for them *. Your other advice is all that's needed.

    Don't have/get a TV licence you don't need it. Any advice needed on this just ask. I know this subject inside out.

    Arsenal hold the EPL "record" for going the longest run without an Englishman scoring for them. Obviously wasn't surprised by that and it is neither here nor there whether an Englishman scores for them or someone from elsewhere. I was though surprised it was a full 97 games they went without an Englishman scoring.
