1st. I bought a new telly b4 xmas (£850) and paid cash, as i'd saved up and hate debt.
then she starts....... telly to big for unit it sits on ?????. so buy new tv unit £249
then comes the.... ''the rest of the tables won't match the tv unit'' . so 1 coffee table £199 and 2 side table £189 each..
done ?
no. of course not.
need to paint walls to match tables.... £50
then ..... need new flooring £380
beading £64
fitter £175
now by this point i'm * pratted.
then she comes out with..... ''since the new tables and tv unit has glass shelfs, we'll see all the cables''
cable trunking and cable box from screwfix £50.... not the ordinary trunking, aw naw, the * expensive half moon stick on the wall *.
and now she's on about a new suite

and the tragic thing was, there was nothing wrong with my old telly.

 

This is why I’m gay, I bought a new Telly recently too and the only thing my boyfriend said about it was now when we watch * the guy on tops * won’t get cut out of the picture x
