Not to say he's doesn't identify as Basque, but I have been to his hometown of Agen and I'm pretty sure it's a good bit north of the proper French Basque region.

The story is that Bilbao scouted him at a young age, and got him into the Basque country young enough that he would gain the Basque nationality, in football terms/their own prerogative. Bilbao can sign foreign youngsters, but they have to call the Basque region home before a certain age and for a period time, I believe.

This is correct, they also relaxed it to include parentage as Amorebieta who they sold to Fulham was born in Venezuela. Also Inaki Williams was only raised in the Basque area I believe.

Tipping Point or to be more precise - the way the contestants and the presenter do a running commentary explaining what is happening while the counter is falling. Don’t remember anybody doing this on the wee 2p machines.

Giving people at work the benefit of the doubt that they at least have half a brain cell only to go to work the next day and find out you were right all along, you do work along side brain dead * idiots.

Also people making straight forward simple tasks out to be as though you are trying to cure world hunger.
