    Mines is always * due to my shift work, I fell asleep at 1 in the morning and was back up at 4. I’m going to try and stay up all day and go to bed early.

    Seeing a 20 year old City reserve player who hasn’t made a first team appearance has just bought himself a 2.25 million pound mansion.

    I’m not one to usually begrudge footballers being well paid, but he simply hasn’t earned the right to live like that, and it can’t be good for him either, part of the reason young players aren’t as hungry as they used to be.

    Yes I've had about 4/5 hours in the last 3 days. This morning got to sleep around 6.30am and up at 8am. Bright as a button and still feeling fresh. That's the part annoying me, I should be *.
    Getting my head down by 12 at night and just lying there.

    I got a good kip last night but that’s because I had a few beers mind you, I nearly nodded off earlier so got up and went for a walk with the dog. I’m feeling tired now again but going to tidy up a bit keep myself busy then bed early.

    My Mrs is happy to let me lie to about 11.30am. But I'm getting up with my son for his college to try to regulate. Just ain't happening. Funny, I've stopped listening to the meditation speeches in the last month and that's when my sleeps been *. But usually I get one night on and one off.

    I tried those sleep relaxation tunes on Spotify but the don’t seem to help me at all, a long bath helps me but I hate lying in the * things.

    I've had one bath in about 5 years. Shower relaxes and revitalises me more. But the music doesn't work for me. YT Aussie guy Jason Stephenson or Michael Sealey. Both have clear and soothing voices.
