I was never that taken on Ki, he had technical ability but I always found he was posted missing in the bigger games which isn't really what you want, watched him for Sunderland and Swansea and he's still technically gifted but lightweight: still for a free he would be a decent signing

 

I personally dont think Ntcham and can play in the one team. Same as Brown and Kouassi

 

Highly doubt it..

Would do well in a Rodgers side though..

He scored a decent goal in the cup final v Motherwell, for us.

 

For me Ki was one of those players that had all the ammo but didn’t have the character. He’s tall, strong, 2 footed, can pass/score, but has went on to have a really ordinary career. He was supposed to be the next Stevie Gerrard when we got him. To be honest I don’t think anyone knows what to make of him. He initially did well at Swansea, Arsenal were interested(before he left us also) then out of leftfield he was punted to Sunderland on loan. Since then he’s had a different manager every few months down there and none of them seem to trust him. He’s also another who seems to be better for his national team. I think that also gives an insight to his character. At 28, on a Bosman, and knowing the club etc, he could almost be the perfect signing, - a similar one to Caulker almost. The gaffer will know best if either is worth the risk. Rodgers still speaks to guys like Leon Britton down there so he’ll probably know the score, especially about potential wages/clubs interested.

 

Bojans contract is up in the summer..

 

We are over reliant on sinclair doing something who has been off the boil but still scoring at times and roberts has been injured wich has been a REALLY big blow. we need a no.10 or another winger poss RB an CH.

defense hopefully Compper slots right in.

Sent back to Stoke early. Not looking good for him but his value will be the lowest it’s ever been. However playing for stoke and being chucked about on loan couldn’t be good for anyone’s morale. Think he’d be great for us

 

Bojan's contract is until 2020.

 

Aye on transfermarkt it shows his contract is up in 2018 but that’s his loan deal at Deportivo

 

I never rated him too highly while he was here, due to his style of play in that team, but think if he was on top form he would be a decent player in this side.

 

£6m for Ki when he was fifth choice central midfielder was fantastic business. Pulled out too many tackles.

 

Good player, wouldn't mind him back.

 

Doubt he take pay cut to come to us. He bound be on 40-50k down epl

 

Think Ki could be great would probably be a better fit for Rodgers style than Lennon's and he's got the ability to keep possession which we lack in europe, remember him absolutely strolling it in a game against the huns while he was here, he'd be an improvement on Mcgregor and Armstrong imo.
