He is gone, don't see wot the deal is with people with him ,not played enough to form an opinion of him and not trusted to do so by Brendan tells you all you need to know .

 

after yesterday he cant do any * worse than Lustig and at least he can run.

 

Exactly mate, he can't be worse than what we have now at RB

 

Exactly at least he is comfortable on the ball and will get forward, getting on the overlap to provide an option for Forrest or Roberts.
At least he won’t be beat by pace very often as well which Lustig is constantly.

I was actually impressed with Gamboa’s passing when he played as well.

 

He was never given a real run of games and now, even with Ralston out injured for the past while, he’s nowhere to be seen. Baffling.

 

Brendan signed him as well it wasn’t like it was Ronny or Lennon that signed him and Brendan just didn’t fancy him as a player.

Honestly think he would make a huge difference to the side. Just having someone who can run for the whole game and is quick enough to get forward and get back to defend.

 

Think there was a problem after the summer when he chose to play for his country over celtic. Think he has been frozen out.

 

Yep pretty strange that he's completely disappeared, he's no Maldini but both our full backs have been blowing out their * at points of the season with pretty much no cover

 

I think he mentioned it in an interview when he was on international duty. Must have * Brendan off.

 

Think this is the reason. BR can't rely on him being about so not a long term solution. If he was a better player or fitted our system better he might get away with it but he is obviously focused on Costa Rica and the World Cup. His choice I guess but if that is the case I'd get rid off and save some money to bring someone else in whilst blooding Ralston.

 

Could see him going to the MLS or something like that.

 

He looks good all round though tobe fair so I'd play him for now until we get someone else in

 

Thought he was good when he got a chance but Rodgers doesn't seem to rate him. Time for him to move on so we can get somebody else in

 

I think that Rodgers doesn't seem to rate him is a bit stupid, most of us who have seen him have been impressed how does he see it different and how does he think Lustigs current form is better than what Gamboa has to offer? That's just how I see it so maybe it is the whole Costa Rica situation picking to give them his time more than us which isn't too out of the ordinary for an international to want to help their country in the World Cup, time will tell and if he's not gonna play Gamboa he will get rid of him and replace him because he needs to get someone in for lustig. I don't care who it is as long as they have more to offer

 

So Rodgers willing to play a slow as * Lustig who hasn't been great this season or a young boy from the youth system before him. Seems to me he doesn't rate him

Read my post, I don't think Rodgers doesn't rate him, I think Rodgers isn't playing him over the interview crow posted there of Gamboa opting to play for Costa Rica over Celtic. I don't think Rodgers is stupid and can't see that Gamboa has played better than lustig is what I'm saying. What do you think of Gamboa from the games you seen him play? Myself and a good few think he played quite well. I would say Brendan could see that too. That's why I said I think it's over the Costa Rica situation

 

So that is the same with Rogic?

I rate Gamboa from what I have seen of him. With his pace & getting up & down the wing suits us better

What's the same? He rates Rogic but he likes Callum and think he just has opted more to Callum as a favourite even though I rate rogic the better player
