    Yep, caused by a short lingual frenulum. Mine is pretty minor, hence why I never realised I had it til I was 26 year old. Doesn't cause me any speech or eating issues and it makes it almost impossible for me to snore or swallow my own tongue.

    Some crackin wee towns round the north. Especially around Christmas time. Sadly they are mostly full of 'da peeple' and I honestly believe the bible is not the only thing they are bashing.
