    My point was not that the other managers were better as I do not think they are but that the defensive sides to their teams were far more effective.

    I expect us to get beat from the likes of Bayern psg etc but we should be left with some pride that at the least we not be made to look like amateurs.

    As good as Dembele can be, his finishing at times is * shocking. As Sutton says he is far too predictable a lot of the time. Has to get better with his weak foot and he will get a lot more goals. Far too many times he tries to cut inside and the defender makes a challenge.

    No real surprise so far,we are doing what we always do in games but against a team like psg we will be punished for the way we play.

    BR always seems to play attacking football which can be entertaining when your winning but torture when your getting hammered.

    Apart from that our defenders and keeper are just not good enough at this level.

    Iv said before Gordon would cost us points in Europe one way or another and i have seen nothing to change that,he is just not a keeper who commands his area and that effects our defenders also.

    Not sure if we would have got anything from this game regardless of who we put out but some of the performances so far by some of our players is really poor regardless of the opposition.

    Thing is with Celtic it's the norm now that we don't push and and invest amd play the waiting game.

    Even if we do get pumped each season and sometimes finish third then I would be happy with that cause of the champions league money will mean we can sign some better players and continue to dominate the domestic game.

    With the way money has gone in football we will need a very lucky draw to even think about getting out the groups.

    Never see it happening again though.
