Quarter final is definitely realistic with decent draws, although we could get a Napoli or Dortmund in the last 32.

Updated rankings for Europa League seedings before tonight's CL matches

    1) RB Leipzig on 7 pts : GD 0
    2) Spartak Moscow on 6 pts : GD +3
    3) Napoli on 6 pts : GD +1
    4) CSKA Moscow on 6 pts : GD -3
    ------------------------------------
    5) Sporting CP on 4 pts : GD -1
    6) Atletico Madrid on 3 pts : GD -1
    7) Celtic on 3 pts : GD -6
    8) Borussia Dortmund on 2 pt : GD -5

So between match 3 and match 4 we dropped down 1 place in the unseeded section for qualification for Europa League

I dont think Dortmund are going to go higher than bottom team in those rankings as they still have to play both Spurs and Real Madrid.
If we win against Anderlecht we should be seeded depending on other results.

have a horrible feeling Anderlecht will get a point off Bayern tomorrow night.

Would still need to beat us at Celtic Park, them beating Bayern would be scary but it won't happen.

Highest the 3rd placed group H team can finish is on 5 points. Assuming Celtic beat Anderlecht, we'll be above them. Less than 3 points against Roma and Chelsea would also see Atletico below us.

See to be honest. i don't think seeding matters that much if teams like them are looking likely to be unseeded. We'd definitely need at least a point against PSG to be in contention for it anyway.

Am I right in saying that a draw tonight is just as good as a win for them? If they win tonight they would stll need to win at us,due to the head to head and if they draw tonight, a win at us would still put them through?

This is all assuming we get beat tonight of course. Another scenario is we get a point tonight and Bayern win that would guarantee third for us with a game to spare.

Would be one of our greatest European results if we were to get a point tonight mate. I just can't see it happening, but you never know. Main thing tonight is that bayern do us a turn.

To be seeded and if we lose by just 1-0 we need to hope Sporting and Atletico to lose and CSKA lose by at least 1 goal and we beat Anderlecht by 4 goals for us to be seeded in Europa League

So what must happen for us to get through? Is it the goal difference or what?

If the Belgians beat us by 3 or more they qualify, 2 or less we qualify, and naturally a win or draw for us we qualify to my understanding!

My fear for dropping into the Europa League is you can bet yer * granny we’ll get a Champions League quality team & get another pumping over 2 legs.

Europe is just becoming a * burden now.
