His first one against Kilmarnock he was constantly up there, infact I think every game with the exception of PSG (and even then he went on a mazy) he has been going forward.

Does look a bit more direct though, growing into the position.

Would absolutely love him to make the break through to being a first team regular, this season.

Hmm. I think he's tended to do a Lustig. Get to halfway, then turn and pass sideways or back.

Always looked very awkward with the ball at his feet.

I think he did against PSG, domestically I can't see that. Think he's just doing it with a wee bit more confidence now.

BR on @anthonyralston8: "He has a slight tear of his meniscus which allows him to train and work. It won’t need an operation."

BR: "He will be available for us to the weekend and then he will have that rest. We will see where he is at after the int break."

Still not ready for big matches, but I was wrong and unfair on the bhoy Ralston. That run in the PSG match was not a one off and I called the context wrong. I watched him in his last match and he does have one ability that no * will ever train into someone. He has a fearless grit and determination and for that alone he is a real prospect
Still clumsy but he is only a kid like, so to be expected.
Was just very nervous at the time about him being exposed to another important Euro game and wanted to keep the foot firmly on the filthy necks of sevco.

Ralston in a backline with a confident jozo and boyata and he will develop well.
The start of season he showed his promise and potential even during a make shift backline for weeks on end. Now that internationals are all done and we get down to the grit of the season, hopefully he settles back in and keeps progressing.
Right back is his if he shows the same development and attitude as tierney on the left. And if he does that, then right back for scotland is his as well. World at his feet.

think he will be good but not great. Don’t think he’ll reach Tierneys level.

I think the whole laughing in Neymar’s face was a bit cringeworthy, especially at 3-0 down there was nothing to laugh about.

On a night where there wasn't much to cheer about, Ralston squaring up to Neymar and absolutely bodying Thiago Motta kept me going through the agony of seeing us pumped rotten.

If he turns out half as good as Tierney, I'll take it.

Exactly can’t have too many decent academy players coming through. Hopefully he turns out to be a decent Lustig replacement. He’s got the attitude for it going by that PSG game.
