    Showed another real tactical side to him tonight..

    Pragmatic but without hampering how we attacked..

    Almost perfect Brendan..

    Think that's the way to go against the super clubs.

    Forrest and KT are good enough good both ways to cope. Broony infront of the defence. Solid.

    I love BR. He is in the top 3 legends for me with Stein and MON for the unbeaten treble. However we were beaten tonight and our record under him at home in the Champions league group stage is played 5 lost 4 and drew 1. That isnt good enough. Now dont get me wrong the guy is a hero to us but by the same token im sure he knows himself that we must improve that. Onwards to Anderlecht at home which will be a huge game especially if they get something vs Bayern. Hopefully be his first win at Parkhead.

    Could feel the dissapointment coming through in his interview.

    He knows we had them.

    This.

    Tonight he got the tactics absolutely bang on. More solid defensively, without sacrificing the attack.

    * off.

    Barcelona, PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach.

    Realistically how many points are you expecting from that? 4 maybe?

    The only real let down was losing 2-0 against BMG, but that was down to 2 Kolo Toure errors.

    Matched Bayern with 50% possession, he’ll be buzzing with that performance. This is why we brought him in. We can sit back and try and get one off results, or try and match these super teams then take that performance and gradually improve. It’s the way forward

    Eh? Im not being negative lad I am just stating that our home record must improve. Hopefully a first win over Anderlecht can push us on to more victories at home. Surely thats what we all want?

    A new CB to play in the 3 and a couple of centre mids and we could really compete in that formation imo.

    Mate look at the teams we played, we are no where near any of them apart from maybe Gladbach. Come back after the Anderlecht game and our Europa run.

    A new centre back alone or a fully fit Jozo would've even seen some difference tonight..

    Oh * I have hit a raw nerve here bhoys. Its just my opinion. Barca and PSG were right offs, tonight Bayern were badly depleted. We were excellent but lost the game. Would a quality centre half have helped tonight? I dont know. Man City game was unreal. BMG as you say a huge disappointment. Thats why I said onwards to Anderlecht hopefully beating them and getting the monkey off the back. Hopefully make Parkhead a fortress again.
