    Isn't that what they all say?

    It never looks good that you leave your spouse and instantly have a new partner. Strange that Summer left Celtic months ago and it was clear something wasn't right. It does strongly suggest something was going on before he left his wife.

    Well it could have stated in her contract that she wasn't to form a relationship with a player, last thing lots of employers want is people * each other, as it could/can cause issues at work wouldn't imagine we would be any different.

    Well it should be Company Policy. So should apply to players. If it is not and it is in her contract and not certain other individuals i.e board members, canteen staff, players then that is also discrimination.
    I think if it wasn't for the fact she is seeing him still she'd have a good case if she wanted to go down that route.

    If that was the contract she signed, tough no one forced her to sign it. Anyway this is all pure speculation and may not even have anything to do with it or it could have but we wont be finding out til a story emerges (yawn). Or the decision was maybe already made, before the club became aware of this, to get rid of her as she was just * at the job and was painful to listen to for prolonged periods, which I wouldn't disagree with tbh :giggle1:

    Not true. You don't get to read every other staff members contract before you sign your own. The Company is legally obliged to be fair. You can sign all sorts of contracts when taking up employment only for them to be worthless in court/tribunal.

    I thought she was OK at her job. Think she gets a hard time because of her accent more than anything.

    The company have been very fair then ... as no longer is her accent going to be beamed into households ... :giggle1:

    I wouldn't imagine it will be going to any court or tribunal, as that may get rather embarrassing for certain people :88:
