Not really, I seen they had a section of USN stuff but that's all *.

They do have a bit with all different types of nuts that you can bag and weight yourself which I thought was decent.

The ingredients are Water, Linseeds, Wheat Protein, Soya Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Sesame, Soybean Meal, Sunflower Seeds, Wheat Bran, Oat Fiber, Yeast, Salt, Colouring Spice Extracts (Curcuma)

And to get 27g of protein from a bread roll is decent.

Will have to try it out.

I once bought low car protein bread online once from some low carb store as each slice of bread was like 2/3Grams of carbs or something like that.

Anyway got the stuff delivered and the slices were the size of a playing card, aye no * 3grams of carbs because there is * all bread :giggle1:

Trying to get down to 15% body fat. Made a few changes to my routine and seems to be heading in the right direction, was 16.1% this morning .
Still can't be * with a proper routine so have just set up weights in my front room and make sure I'm getting a few sets done a day. Bought a yoga mat aswell and just jump about like a dafty doing hiit stuff when I've got a minute. Need to get a routine nailed down and I'm sure I'll get there eventually, bought a Fitbit the other day aswell, it's pretty cool.

    Last Sunday 175lbs
    This Sunday 164.8lbs

    10lbs in a week lol

Going to be honest though this isn't willpower diet and cardio alone, while yes that's still involved but also a * ton of drugs too :56:

Will try to get to the gym today at some point. With school/work/family stuff I've had no time to get out at all. Have papers/group projects up the * and I'm in a hospital 4 days outta the week. Hard to get a few hours in to hit the weights.

My face when I walk into Lidl for some more of them rolls and the bakery has just put out fresh donuts and cinnamon buns

Also another thing I've found (Sainsbury's) is these yogurts called nutrii, really nice with no refined sugar and 20g of protein and pretty lowish carb count, taste tremendous as well

    GM diet.

There's no secret to losing weight. Eat less and move more. For some people just moving more allows them to eat what they want ..

I was reading up them and they are made from something called "quark" which is technically a soft cheese.

I like them, the mango and passion fruit one is nice.
