    They are a very good band. Seen them live in Glasgow in March.

    If you want to jump about and mosh then they ain't for you but in terms of playing live, acoustic sets you won't find many better.

    There was just 2 points in it with Status Quo narrowly edging it. Could they get over the line, or would late drama ensue?

    The Offspring manage a late recovery to get their noses in front and over the line.

    Which unfortinately means it is the end of the line for Status Quo ( @Scotia ), who once again reminded a lot of folk in this comp of just how many quality tunes they have, and have so much more, but for further listening, you will need to check them out yourtself, as Scotia is now part of the Jury and will help determine who will walk away with the prize!

    Would @Sid1888 vote have changed the result? Who knows? But as he did say to move on without him here we can only speculate.

    I absolutely loved the Quo!! My old man brought me up on them, always had their tapes in the car and influenced me to pick up a guitar. Cheers for the memories. Managed to see them live once too, not quite in their heyday but great all the same.
