    They conceded he's not as good as Suarez or Lewandowski. The Spurs fan thinks he'd be rated top 3 in the world if his image was more marketable (*).

    The Yank agreed with me that they were all underrating Benzema.

    I love Muller but Kane's a better striker. Muller is more of a second striker.

    What classifies a striker as being a centre forward as opposed to more of a secondary striker - Is it down to finishing or playing style?

    Playing style. Muller's finishing is top notch.

    I'd say Harry Kane tends to play on the shoulder more than Muller. Tam drops deep and links the play, takes positions out wide and is generally more of a support to Lewandowski/whoever the striker is.

    I'd say in a 4231 - Kane would be the 1 and Muller in behind or out on the right.

    Mind you, Muller has a knack of being in the right place at the right time.

    Secondary strikers play deeper and strikers play closer to goal. Nothing to do with finishing.

    I think I'd be inclined to agree, to be honest.

    As Minty said, it's age with Ibra. On form Costa is brilliant, Lukaku isn't as polished, Muller doesn't play as much through the middle as he used to and Morata probably isn't as far ahead in his development as of yet.

    Morata is a striker I really like, a complete forward - Height, pace, strong in the air and can finish. Remember him having a stormer for Juve a few years ago and he really looked like a player. Wish Zidane gave him more of a chance, seen him hit out in the papers about warning Perez about Zidanes favouritism.

    Seen his hatrick on MOTD, not half filling Costa's boots.

    Yeah I think you're spot on there, regarding the other strikers.

    Morata, in time, I think will be a better striker than Kane. He has everything in his locker to be a world class talent.

    Thing is, Morata is actually older.

    But aye, I feel as if he has more devolving to do. Kane likely won't get any quicker, so Morata will have pace over him. If he can work on other aspects, then he could go further (or as far).
