Turns out I didn't need any supplements, chucked it after a day :56::56::56:

Just reverted back to IF and clean eating - except for yesterday when I rattled a Toby Carvery (will just make that my cheat day).

Stagnated a bit. Started just under 130 lbs and I've maxed at 138. I'm pretty steady at 132-135. Workouts have been going good, and my squatting has improved massively.

Main issue is eating. I get full quickly, on small amounts, so to eat enough to continue to gain weight is the hardest part. I've been trying to eat as much protein as I can and I try to pack in 3-4 eggs at breakfast, but the rest of the day I don't have a good plan. School and work make it hard to always have a good sized meal everyday. The grind continues, think I'm going to try going for 4-5 good sized meals a day rather than 3 big portions. Also going to focus on just getting calories and carbs in me over just protein rich foods.

Did you actually manage to go a whole 24hours without food?

Been at the weights 5 days in a row now so going to have a rest tomorrow. Maybe just do some cycling or HIIT instead.

Work has * me up fitness wise in the last month or so. Missing training and matches and then doing 12 hour shifts which makes it very difficult to get anything done.

Haven't been eating too badly which is a positive but going to need to get some kind of routine sorted for myself so that I don't become totally unfit.

    Got a blender?

Buy a big bag of instant oats its very cheap , fire 2 scoops in blender , 1 banana , table spoon peanut butter , scoop of whey and breakfast is sorted , same before bed. All other meals food and youll find it easier.

Even add frozen berries to it for extra cals and it also acts as ice to make it ice cold.

Can add anything really , i fired EVOO in mine.
Dont be afraid to hammer "dirtier" foods , your metabolism might be fast , eapecially after training get some muffins / donuts down the hatch as your body needs carbs badly after training , even a big pizza and a protein shake.

    To take with you

    Tuna wraps
    Tuna pasta
Take a oats and whey shake
Rice and chicken , fire salsa in there to make it taste decent as itl be cold

Have you ever looked at GOMAD? (Gallon of milk a day) You'll pack on weight and muscle with a good solid program.

Put on half a stone since the season started. Can't put my finger on why but going to have a few cans tonight watching the game while I think about it.

Another weights session tonight. Lost 4kg of weight overall, which is hopefully fat. Delighted with that

    What is it?

    Nice one mate.

I was the same a couple of weeks back, gained like 10lbs in the space of less in a week by being a fat perverted carb monster

Also even if you are eating like *, still go to the gym.

Consistency is the most important in my opinion.

It's when you start sacking the gym then 1 day turns into 7 quite easily

Yeah that's my problem. Since playing more golf I've laid off the both the gym and runs. Whilst a three and a half hour saunter is ok, when you have lucozade and a Yorkie on your way round, followed by a couple of beers...
