The SMSM doing there best to unsettle our players as usual.
They can't beat us on the park so have to resort to pathetic tactics off it.

Everton have watched him a number of times - as have others. But they will be scouting a lot of players so would take this with a pinch of salt.

    Aye.

A common response to that is simply "* any and all media outlets that unsettle promising Celtic youngsters that are beginning to look like they are making a name for themselves."

Ralston like Tierney is Celtic through and through. This wont mean anything to him. He needs to grow as a player too and that will happen here more than at Everton.

    Non-story.

The way Everton have been recently they're splashing the cash like * anyway, so would probably end up buying a right back that fits straight into the first team over any potential anyway. It's put me off Everton a little bit now tbh.

The media have whored him out everywhere.

I personally think that's more to do with his age and build because he most definitely is nowhere near good enough to play regularly for Everton or Leicester or any of the other several clubs he's being linked with.

I say that because he's not good enough to be Celtic's first choice right back, yet.

I seen that. I think there will be a host of clubs after Ralston. The lad is hot.

He should be the next player to get a new contract, wouldn't be surprised if Celtic are already making moves to do so.

I think last years Champions League finalists, Bayern Munich, may be after him.

But the fact their team is only worth 40 million in its entirety may be an issue as we'd want good money and they're not big spenders.

Of all the PL Clubs Everton is the best for a young player Koeman has no problems at all sticking a young lad into the team

Ralston is obviously good enough to be our regular right back, otherwise Brendan who thinks very highly of Ralston, would not have deemed him ready to play against Neymar. And obviously the call up to the Scotland squad by Strachan also speaks volumes.

And please don't tell me Brendan was forced to play Ralston at RB against Neymar, because he had other options.

Will he play him against last seasons Champions League finalists Bayern Munich (worth 40 million) or not?

I think people are trying desperately to take a positive out of the game. Ralston, did well - That's all. The fact that so many players were below-par, made Ralston's performance stand out more in my opinion.

He didn't hide, even when he was done for the Neymar goal (Which was a great pass) he didn't let it effect his confidence, glimpses of naive poor decisions but that's to be expected at his age. I loved his passion, like gesturing to the crowd 'Come on!'. I think his clumsy 'tackle' on their defender got the biggest roar of the night!

He did struggle against Neymar but so would 95% of full-back in Europe! I'm sure his eagerness to dive in and get physical will calm down with experience.

So, overall it was a promising performance but I don't think it was "Superb" like some suggest.

Doubt it mate. Lustig is still first choice RB. Soon as our CB's are back Lustig will play most games I would imagine.
