On the news they said they asked Uefa about it and they said they review each case on it's own merits and they have no "totting up" style penalties for repeat offenders.

We've never even been threatened with stadium closure before have we? Let alone got a suspended punishment like Feyenoord have had twice.

Feyenoord's first was for objects being thrown onto the pitch, fireworks being let off and fans obstructing pathways. The second was racial behaviour towards an opposition player.

I've no idea how UEFA define when a fine offence strays into Stadium Closure territory.

I was quite amazed a few seasons ago when Bayern had part of their stadium shut down due to a small banner v Arsenal of a cartoon caricature of Ozil with "Gay Gooner" being the "offending" phrase, if that's their benchmark it's a surprise most games are not played to empty stadiums.

What happened with Spartak last night in Maribor by comparison should get a 30 year ban but as I said knowing UEFA they will fine them 5 grand....I simply have no idea what defines a stadium ban these days and that's the issue

My only worry is that it was against PSG and one of their most expensive assets.. the competition is all about money now and PSG are now a massive player in Europe.. the governing body may make an example of us to appease the oil rich club.

Behave. For many many reasons, it isn't.

Besides, if they were to be as stupid as to stadium ban us for this, then the Russians are * royally after last night.
Sorry mate, but you shouldn't have ran on to the park.
If you are old enough to attend a match in your own, your old enough to know not to be an idiot.
Or if you are old enough to drink, you are old enough to take the punishment for your drunken actions.
Hope you enjoyed the start of the season.

Funny how I'm not the only one who thinks this. There are many reports out there that are saying this is a possibility and guys like Charlie Nicholas suggesting it could happen.

Like I've said previous it is not just the incident the other night that could * us here. Look at Linfield, ordered to have part their stadium closed after ONE incident against us

We have been charged 12/13 times in 6 years by UEFA. Stadium closer or partial closer IS a possibility.

One incident involving many fans. As people have already mentioned umpteen times each incident is looked at in isolation.

And of * course the media are suggesting it......

Ive only seen photos of the incident, and from them it just looks like a pitch invader, dont think hes trying to attack anybody. Is there videos of the incident? What was the boy charged with at court?Attempted assault doesnt exist in british law.A breach of peace maybe. Not sticking up for him hes bringing unecessary attention to the club, but assaulting mbappe?

He had a go at Mbappe by all accounts. Not very successful but would probably be assault. You dont actually have to be successful for it to be assault.

Don't see us getting a stadium ban of any sort but guess time will tell. How quickly are these things decided?
