Maybe it is tinted spec's as Monaghan mentions above but it really was a nothing incident. We had KT getting a clear dig 2 week's back that barely got a mention. I don't see how the compliance officer will be able to conclusively say that was deliberate but we'll see..

Usually in these instances where it's not 100% provable. The panel (down here usually) would say "only the player know's if he meant that) when some are clear as day, yet 'our' panel were falling over themselves trying to get him a retrospective ban..

 

Would the ref need to have it in his report for there to be any action? Don't even think he had a word with Scott about it

He's been dreadful since he went back. Starting to look like the Scott Brown of the Ronny Deila years.

Can't say I'd have much sympathy for him if he's eventually dropped - which he should be if his mediocre (and that's being kind) form continues.

 

For all the great stuff he does, he just can't seem to help himself at times. Pointless, nothing to gain, a potential ban and game time to lose.
