The center backs are certainly the biggest concern going into the CL as we all know. I have no doubt that regardless of what the CB pairing is Broony will sit in as a real deep CDM, looking almost like a 3rd CB at times. They'll need the support or it could get ugly real fast. Hoping a Jozo/Bitton pairing with Brown sitting in can at least stifle some attacks through the middle. Maybe Brendan is planning on playing a little bit more open though. I'm fascinated to see how he sets up for this game, considering the opposition. We will have to be playing on the counter for a large percentage of the game.

I think we will be looking to impose our game on them and control tempo with passing ,more pressure on us not to lose it in bad areas as this could hurt us ,don't think we will let them have it their way ,we will be well up for this .

£45 for a kids ticket against PSG, that's absolutely scandalous, pure greed from the club.

We need a good defensive line up folks. We should go for 3 at the back with wide players sometimes dropping back to make it 5 at the back like we did against Beersheva away.

And a must is the players playing out of their skins and forget about relying on the supporters scaring the PSG players for them.

    Buzzing already!

Brown sitting with Ntcham and Armstrong in front.

Rogic hasn't done enough lately. By all accounts didn't play great for Australia the other day.

I'm sure he'll have a part to play though.

    will most likely be Ralston.

Rodgers said yesterday that Lustig will probably move inside beside Simunovic

Thats a step up from playing against St Johnstone and Killie for an 18 year old.

Guess someone has to have that job and if Lustig is playing CB Ralston is the option to go with.

When did BR say this? Would feel a lot more comfortable with Lustig at CB anyways. Ralston would be a risk IMO but maybe this could be the game where he becomes a man.

    Rodgers was quoted as saying:

"Jozo is fit, Mikael Lustig can move inside and Tony Ralston is there with young Kris Ajer.

“I wouldn’t say we are depleted but we are having to adjust for the first game (PSG).”

I've only seen Ralston play maybe 4 times now. He get's forward a good bit and is quite strong. But I'd be worried about him facing Neymar. However, I do remember young Caddis having Ronaldinho in his back pocket a few years ago and that was one of his first games I think

The like of Messi and Neymar are too difficult to mark as they are all over the field with their free roles. The only things we can do is to have our defence sticking to him when he is close to what ever player. This requires a lot of selfless tactics of which I don't see much nowadays with zonal marking and lazy players pointing at team mates to pick up players instead of picking them up themselves.
